- A 77 years, Male presented with severe angina
Findings
- Patient is with old CVA history presented with Anterior non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infraction
2D ECHO Findings
- Mild Concentric LVH+RWHA of LV + Fair LV systolic function
- Grade 1 LV Diastolic Dysfunction
- Trivial MR/TR/No PAH
- No PE/Clot
- HR-54 BPM

PTCA and Stent to LAD, LCX and Left Main Coronary Artery Rotablation with IVUS + IVL with IABP support
