Treatment of Ostial RCA PCI in an Octogenarian
with multi vessel disease and severe Aortic stenosis
Clinical Presentation/ Diagnosis:
- 82 years / Female, with chest pain since 1 week, SOB 1 week, SOB on exertion
- CAD- unstable Angina, Status post PTCA(2009)
Findings:
- LMCA normal,
- LAD – Type 3 vessel, Ostial LAD CTO, Distal LAD filling retrogradely via LCX
- LCX- Non dominant, no ISR, OM normal
- RCA- Dominant , Ostial 90-99% calcific stenosis
Plan of Procedure:
- PTCA/Stent to RCA & LAD-CTO
